In the cycle of life, the youth and old age are only a matter of time, for the one who is young, must surely grow old one day. Care and Compassion are the best human qualities one can have towards others and Clarence Care strive to encompass this at its very heart.
We provide a unique service to vulnerable individuals living in the local area.
We launched Clarence Care in April 2012 and started compiling comprehensive policies and procedures, reflecting the actual needs of the user. This resulted in successfully achieving our CQC registration as of July 2012.
Our in-depth knowledge and personal experiences within social care have provided us with the necessary expertise to deliver quality services.
To achieve our desired outcome we aim to provide a tailored care service based around the needs of the individual adopting Person Centred Planning and maximising user involvement.
We firmly believe that our ultimate success lies within the hands of our carers, who are supported by effective management, support and training.
