We aim to improve the quality of life of all our clients even those with complex conditions, such as Dementia and Parkinson’s. We understand the changing nature of care needs and always encourage family members and clients to participate in the planning of care. We ensure that clients and their families are central to all decisions regarding the level of care our clients receive.
All the relatives spoken with told us that staff were respectful and thoughtful towards the people they supported. They told us they had regular carers which further promoted their dignity and privacy. Staff were able to tell us how they ensured people’s dignity whilst providing personal care. Records we looked at showed that people were asked if they were happy with the care provided. This showed that people’s dignity and respect was maintained.
